TURCK Feed-Through Receptacles with Quick-Disconnect Design

TURCK announces new 1”-16UN and 1-1/8”-16UN minifast® explosion-proof feed-through receptacles, which install directly into standard 3/4-inch conduit entries without requiring additional conduit or poured seals. These quick-disconnect B-size (1 inch) and C-size (1-1/8 inch) receptacles expedite installation while maintaining the explosion-proof ratings of instrument housings and explosion-proof enclosures in Class I, Division 2 hazardous areas.

Designed with high quality 316 stainless steel housings, these receptacles are fully potted and withstand 6,000 psi of pressure. To reduce wiring errors, the 7 and 8-pole B-size and 9, 10 and 12-pole C-size connectors are specially keyed in a way that ensures the connectors cannot be improperly mated. The receptacles’ connectors are compatible with TURCK’s FM approved cordsets and provide NEMA 1, 3, 4 and 6P, as well as IEC IP68 protection against liquid ingress when a mating connector is attached.

ABB’s TRDU Provides
Cost-effective Flexibility

Much faster to install and set up and lower cost than a logic relay, the TRDU is the tool you need to start every control design. One part number can replace up to 1000 competitive time delay relays. The dual functions of the TRDU can replace up to 3 conventional timers in select control systems. Its 10A contacts and 10 year warranty make the TRDU an excellent choice for OEM equipment applications. Full DIP selection and adjustment mean OEM line installers can select the correct function, time range and time delay the first time and every time. RapidWire™ Machine Perimeter Guarding System by WireCrafters®

The RapidWire™ machine perimeter guarding system was designed and is manufactured utilizing WireCrafters® 40+ years of experience to provide a system that is simple, strong and is industry standard compliant. A modular system which is designed to exceed ANSI/OSHA, CSA and EU 953 standards, allows for combinations of standard parts to meet application specific requirements.

The systems three basic components: framed panels, posts and a wide variety of door styles, provide the flexibility to design and install any type of machine perimeter guarding required to make your robotic cell secure.

RapidWires™ welded wire panels have superior strength because the panel’s wires are welded at each intersection, then framed with 1-1/4”x1-1/4”x 13 ga. angle. By virtue of being welded wire, panels can be field modified to fit exacting dimensional limitations without loosing any of their structural integrity.

An extensive offering of doors completes the RapidWire™ system with hinged and slide door types being the most popular. Complementing the door offering is a complete line access controls.
